Our first Level 06 workshop, Foundations of Scientific Research: Principles and Practices for Undergraduates was an inspiring and insightful session led by Prof. W. Sumadee De Silva, Professor in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Institute of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology & Biotechnology (IBMBB), University of Colombo.
This session equipped our Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, and Genetics undergraduates with essential knowledge on research design, proposal writing, data handling, and ethical practices, empowering them to confidently embark on their final-year research and future scientific publications.
